How do I place an order?

Welcome to innisfree Malaysia Online Mall. Shopping is easy, convenient and secure. Simply select the product you want to purchase and follow the steps below:

Step 1: Register 1 or log in your account / check out as guest

Step 2: To add items to your cart, click on 'Add to Bag' with your desired quantity.

Step 3: To review your items, click on the 'Bag' icon located at the upper right corner of the page.

Step 4: if you have an applicable 'Promo Code', enter it and click on ‘Apply’. Changes will take effect once you have successfully entered the code.

Step 5: Click on ‘Checkout’ and your order summary will appear for your review.

Step 6: Fill in your Personal Details, Shipping Address, then select your preferred Shipping Method and Payment Option, then click on ‘Continue’ to proceed with the payment.

Step 7: You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order.

How do I track my order status?

Once your order has been confirmed, you will be sent an order confirmation summary by e-mail. This contains the following information:

  • Order number
  • Order date
  • List of items ordered
  • Total amount of the order

If you do not receive this confirmation e-mail, (and you've checked your spam), it may be that your order has not been acknowledged. To check your order status, please contact us: by e-mail cs_my@innisfree.com

How do I track my parcel status?
  • When your order is processed, you will be sent an order dispatch confirmation by e-mail.
  • In this e-mail, you will find a tracking number.
  • By clicking on the link to the website in this e-mail, and entering the parcel number, you will be able to track your parcel.

Can I change or edit my personal information?
Yes. You may edit your personal information under "My Account" at both website or membership app upon successful registration.
I forgot my password, how do I log in?
If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Forgot Your Password" and reset your password
I did not receive the verification code, what should I do?
You may contact our Customer Service via email at cs_my@innisfree.com.
I have registered an account and made my online purchase earlier but why do I have to register an account again?
We are happy to announce that innisfree membership program is finally integrated at our Online Mall. As such we will require you to register the account again to start enjoying all membership perks.
Why my past purchase histories / information are gone?
We appreciate your understanding that we have revamped the current system in order to integrate the membership program and this has led to the past record being wiped in the new system. All information relating to your online purchases and membership entitlements will start accumulating from April 2022 onward. Nonetheless, you may contact our Customer Service via email at cs_my@innisfree.com if there is any particular past purchase history you'd like to check.
I signed up for innisfree membership in the offline stores earlier, do I need to sign up another account in Online Mall?
Yes, you are required to sync all your current information to our Online Mall to start enjoying the membership perks for your online purchase. Kindly enter your registered mobile number to receive a verification code via SMS to sync your membership account information.
I have purchased as a member in Online Mall but why are my points not credited into my membership account?
Kindly contact our Customer Service via email at cs_my@innisfree.com to investigate further on this matter.
I have registered an account in your Online Mall, am I considered a member now?
Thank you for your registration! Your innisfree membership account will only be activated when you make your first purchase in-store or at Online Mall.
Do I need to register again if I have an account with innisfree Lazada/Shopee/Zalora etc?
Yes, you are required to register a new account to start enjoying the innisfree membership rewards. Kindly be informed that all purchases made via Lazada/Shopee/Zalora are not entitled for innisfree membership rewards.
I have signed in to your website but why there is no information related to my online purchase or available coupons?
Kindly login to our official Online Mall at www.innisfree.my or membership app to view your full membership information / purchase histories. We are in the midst of migrating and enhancing our Online Mall and appreciate your kind understanding for the inconvenience caused for the time being.
My innisfree Reward
What is “My innisfree Rewards”?
“My innisfree Rewards” is innisfree’s membership programme, which offers benefits like points, exclusive gifts, promotions & etc. to innisfree members. Customers can join as a member with any purchase in-store or at innisfree Online Mall.
Account Sign In
If you sign up for My innisfree Rewards at our innisfree stores but you already have an online account earlier, then you can continue to use the original password to sign in to your personal account. However if you sign up for My innisfree Rewards in store and do not have an online account, then you will need to create your personal account using the registered email address.
How do I become a Premium member?
Member with a total purchase of RM300 & above within 12 months will automatically be upgraded to a 12-month Premium membership, starting on the first day of the following month.
How do I become a VIP member?
Member with a total purchase of RM600 & above within 12 months will automatically be upgraded to a 12-month VIP membership, starting on the first day of the following month.
Will my membership points expire?
All accumulated membership points will be forfeited if your membership account is inactive for 12 months.
How can I get a Welcome Gift?
You are entitled for a welcome gift if you are first-time joiner as an innisfree member. Welcome gift is only redeemable in-store.
How can I accumulate membership points?

Any purchase in-store or at innisfree Online Mall is entitled for membership points accumulation.


Welcome Member (100% of purchase amount, e.g. Spend RM100 and receive 100 points)

Premium Member (150% of purchase amount, e.g. Spend RM100 and received 150 points)


VIP Members (200% of purchase amount, e.g. Spend RM100 and received 200 points)

*In-store: Present membership info to the cashier upon payment to accumulate membership points.

*Online: Sign up / login your membership account upon payment to accumulate membership points.


The points will be credited into membership account within 3 working days after the purchase.

Members may track the updated points and purchase history via innisfree membership app.


*Membership points accumulation is subjected to our promotions' Terms & Conditions.

How can I redeem my Birthday/ VIP Vouchers?
You may redeem your birthday or VIP voucher in-store by presenting your Email/ SMS/ membership app OR select the relevant vouchers on check out page at innisfree Online Mall.
I saw there are few coupons available in My Account but I have no idea what coupons are these and how should I apply them?
The available coupons with its description will be reflected under "Available Coupons" upon check out and you may choose which coupon to apply respectively.
Where can I redeem the samples during any sampling events?
Any form of sample redemption is only available in-store for the time being.
Where can I participate in innisfree Empty Bottle Recycling campaign?
Empty Bottle Recycling campaign is only applicable in-stores for the time being.

How can I find the products I am looking for in the website?
You can find the product by searching keyword or by navigating category of product.
What are the ingredients in your product?
You can find the information on product description page.
How come we cannot buy some products that are already issued in Korea?
Please kindly understand even there are some products available in Korea, product issue schedule can be different among regions due to their own export, custom policy and shipping schedule.
Settings & Security
Will my emails or inquiries always be answered?
We will try our best to respond to your inquiries on the day that we receive them within 2 days. However, responses may be delayed on Friday afternoons, Mondays, or when we receive a lot of inquiries.
I cannot access the website due to a temporary error that appears on the screen.
It may be a temporary problem. Try it again after a while. If the problem continues, please contact us.
