1. The Gift-with-Purchase promotion is based on nett order value (after discount, discount code, membership discount/point redemption), while stock last. 
2. All Member's Exclusive offers are only applicable upon successful login.

4. innisfree reserve the right to replace gift with another item of similar value. Not applicable with any other promotions.
5. innisfree reserves the right to change the promotion mechanics without prior notice.
6. innisfree reserves the right to cancel any order due unauthorised use of offer and to modify or cancel promotion mechanic due to technical error or unforeseen problems.

 

 

My innisfree Rewards Malaysia Terms and Conditions

1. All innisfree Malaysia members agree to fully comply with the Terms & Conditions under ‘My innisfree Rewards’ (innisfree membership program)
2. My innisfree Rewards card is only applicable for innisfree Malaysia stores.
3. The Membership Card must be presented upon payment for point accumulation and point redemption. In any case where the My innisfree Rewards card is not presented, the member will not be able to enjoy innisfree Malaysia’s benefits and privileges.
4. Welcome members will be entitled to membership points (100% of the total purchase amount) for fixed-priced products. Premium members will be entitled to points (150% of the total purchase amount). VIP members will be entitled to points (200% of the total purchase amount) for fixed-priced products. (Example: With the purchase of RM 100, Welcome members accumulate 100 points, Premium members accumulate 150 points, VIP members accumulate 200 points.). 50 points carry value of RM 1. (Example: your 500 points can be used as RM 10).
5. Customers are entitled to become Welcome members with any purchase. Welcome members who have spent above RM300 within a 12 month period will be upgraded automatically to Premium member on the first day of the following month. Welcome members/Premium members who have spent above RM 600 within a 12 month period will be upgraded automatically to VIP member on the first day of the following month.
   The Premium/VIP membership status will be valid for 12 months. Members are required to spend another RM 300 / RM 600 respectively to maintain the 12 month Premium/VIP membership status.
6. Points accumulated are not exchangeable for cash
7. Membership points can be accumulated with purchase of fixed-priced items only. (Not applicable to discount / promotional items).
8. All accumulated membership points will be voided if they are unused for 1 year, as the Membership will be forfeited if there is no product purchase, point usage or accumulation activity within 1 year.
9. My innisfree rewards card is issued and maintained as a property of innisfree Malaysia.
10. innisfree Malaysia reserves the right to void points which are not utilized.
11. My innisfree rewards card is strictly non-transferable to other individual or party. innisfree Malaysia reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Membership Card if there are doubts to the Membership account without any prior notice.
12. All members are responsible for notification on their change of personal information to innisfree Malaysia. innisfree Malaysia will not be responsible for any loss of benefits, privileges, or results related to points due to any discrepancy in member’s information.
13. innisfree Malaysia reserves the right to alter and amend the Terms and Conditions of ’My innisfree Rewards’, including any or all of the benefits, or to terminate it at any time without any prior notice.
14. Members need to notify innisfree Malaysia if there are any problems regarding the point balance within 30 days of transaction. You may send any queries or loss of Membership Card issues to cs_my@innisfree.com
15. innisfree Malaysia will not be responsible for any unauthorized use of lost or stolen ‘My innisfree Rewards’ card. innisfree Malaysia reserves the right to withdraw the points from the member account if such transaction occurs and is not obligated to make compensation to any party.
16. All members of innisfree Malaysia agree to the collection, use, or share of their information and card usage by innisfree Malaysia including the store staffs. In addition, members agree to the retaining of information related to purchases and disclosure of information deemed appropriate by innisfree Malaysia.
17. In case of any legal dispute, the decision of innisfree Malaysia shall remain final.
