How to Get Glowing Skin
The beauty industry’s worst-kept secret
Imagine you wake up from a wonderful night of rest. You stretch your arms over your head as you yawn and get ready to greet the new day. You make your way to the bathroom to brush your teeth and wash your face, look into the mirror, and BAM! Lookin’ good, friend! Your skin is GLOWING!
That’s the fantasy, isn’t it?
But how can we turn that fairytale into our happily ever after?

Our skin is the largest organ of our bodies and like all our other organs, its health is reflected by our choices! Eating a well-balanced diet and ensuring you have enough water during the day plays a huge role in your body’s health which trickles down to your skin’s health. Regular exercise releases those feel-good endorphins: a great way to help your body (and skin) manage day-to-day stress and anxiety. Don’t forget to get your beauty sleep! Sleep is when your cells get to work with the all-important maintenance work in your body.
Save your skin!
A regular and consistent skincare routine is another way to pave the road to glowy skin. Thorough cleansing (especially on makeup days) keeps your skin’s surface clean and prevents inflammation caused by external pollutants. Moisturizing your skin will also help maintain and build a healthy moisture barrier. And of course, I wouldn’t be Gi if I didn’t remind you to USE SUNCARE.
