Hey inni-friend! Happy New Year!

With each new year comes the rallying cry of "new year, new me!" and it can sometimes feel like a lot of pressure. If you're like me, it may feel a little more manageable to start things small.

With all the rushing around of the holidays and the emotional preparation that comes with getting back to the grind, one of my top ways to start things off on the right foot is by taking care of myself. That’s where the BLACK TEA YOUTH ENHANCING AMPOULE comes in.

As an AMPOULE, it offers a higher concentration of active ingredients than a serum or essence. Despite that, the texture is not heavy; and because it’s made of fermented black tea, antioxidants are the name of the game. The reason antioxidants are so prominent in skincare is because of their anti-ageing benefits (gotta keep those wrinkles away!), but this product likes to do a little bit more.

What’s most exciting to me about this ampoule is how much it can do overnight. It slots nicely into your routine at the SERUM step (after cleanser and toner) and gets to work deep in your skin, repairing, moisturising, vitalising and restoring radiance so you can wake up with practically glowing skin.

This AMPOULE is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin and can be used daily, both in the morning as well as at night before bed. If you’re looking for a little more intense hydration, you could try applying three layers of the ampoule (especially on those dry skin spots) to really seal the deal.

When I wake up after a night of resetting with the Black Tea Youth Enhancing Ampoule - I notice my skin feels soft and smooth, almost springy. This product also contains niacinamide that offers brightening benefits that work to restore your natural glow by evening out your skin tone - gradually lessening the appearance of dark spots, pigmentation, and sun spots.

There’s a lot to think about at the beginning of a new year but this year, I’ve chosen gratitude. Gratitude for the chance to turn over a fresh leaf and for another opportunity to reset.
